Release: A Meditation on Jesus the Christ

As a physician, I am well aware of the full dimension of human suffering and the limitations of modern medicine. As a follower of Jesus, I believe that He is alive, and seeks a deeper relationship with you. 

"Release: A Meditation on Jesus the Christ" provides an oasis for contemplation on the Light of Christ, and an opportunity to release cords that bind.

This recording includes a "prayer of the heart," a soulful meditation that is recited inwardly, with the breath.

Ten years ago, on one special Sunday morning in our Christian church, a very humble individual shared a scripture with me. It was perhaps the only scripture in the entire Bible that could penetrate so deeply into the heart of who I am: "It is my prayer that God would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, that you may be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your heart by faith... (Ephesians, Chapter 3). 

Many years later, this same individual shared with me the supernatural circumstances behind our fateful meeting. Upon first looking over at our family, our Father God very clearly told her she was to present this specific scripture to our family. Such an event has only occurred on a few occasions in her life, an awesome if not frightening event in her life.

God has strengthened me, in the inner man, and opened my eyes to the need for others to be touched, on an inward level. "Release" is my offering to you.
